Jubilee Prayer Card

God of the Universe, we thank you for all of creation.

At this Jubilee time of grace and hope, we thank you for the gift of Venerable Nano Nagle and her companions, – Mary Ann Collins, Elizabeth Burke and Mary Fouhy. We are grateful for their vision as we celebrate the founding of the Presentation Congregation in 1775.

We are strengthened by the inspiration of the lives of all who followed in their footsteps, carrying the lantern light of Nano’s charism over the past 250 years.

With Mary of the Presentation, may we sing a song of thanksgiving and be people of welcoming hearts.

With awe and reverence, may we respond afresh to the call to awaken to a spirituality of being in communion that seeks the Spirit of God in all that exists.

With hearts ablaze and with hope for the future, may we continue the mission of Jesus and Nano by bringing love, compassion and justice to those at the unfinished edges of our world. Amen.
